Rachael came to us from BenefitHelp Solutions where she worked as a Sales Representative since 2005.

Rachael is a graduate of Manchester College and is currently working on her Masters of Public Health at Portland State University. She has worked for the French-based Micro-Loan Program that provides monetary support for sustainable living for West African women and her focus was health promotion and education. Rachael also spent a year as an AmeriCorps Volunteer working with InAct, the outpatient drug treatment service provider for the Multnomah County Drug Court. Rachael's diverse background is a great addition to our Marketing team.

Individual Options Rates Approved

ODS is pleased to report that our Individual Options renewal rate filing has been approved by the state.

ODS Creditable Coverage Process Change

Effective October 1, ODS will provide Creditable Coverage Certificates (CCC’s) to all members automatically, even if they are moving to another carrier. This change will help ensure that all members have the documentation they need to show continuous coverage when necessary. If you have any questions about this new policy, please contact your Marketing Sales Representative.
